Every certificate carries a unique serial number at its foot, in the form DAPD-PROGRAM-YEAR-CODE.

You will see the holder, program, issuing institute or independent instructor and issue date, or a clear notice if the certificate was revoked.
A matching serial number confirms the certificate was issued through an accredited partner institute or independent instructor in collaboration with the Academy, and that it remains in force on the official register.
